Home Repair Pro is a locally owned and operated residential repair company. We evolved out of the operations of our parent company, Residential Solutions, whose business is buying, renovating, and managing residential properties The experienced gained from planning and implementing major renovations, and from the day-to-day maintenance of these properties has separated us from the rest of the handyman industry in several ways:

     ~When we say Home Repair Pro is locally owned and operated, we mean. it. We are NOT a national franchise. Our service technicians have worked with us for years. New service personnel are required to work with one of our senior technicians for as long as six months before entering your home.

    ~Home Repair Pro Charges by the job, not the hour, so you know and agree on the FULL PRICE before we start work. We can do this because our hands-on experience enables us to know the costs associated with hundreds of home repair projects in Delaware, and at Delaware rates.

     ~Home Repair Pro service personnel arrive on time, wearing our uniform, prepared to work. They will have a certificate of insurance as well.

     ~Home Repair Pro will tell you immediately if we are not able to perform a specific job, and in most cases suggest a qualified craftsman. We do this at no additional cost to you.
